I am looking for a job where my opinions, passions and experience are important - I know it sounds simple, but I think this is a difficult environment to create and maintain. I like being part of a team if the project is large enough, and while I feel I am a capable leader I don't need to be in charge as long as I know the management will hear out my concerns and ideas. I need to feel invested in a project in such a way that handing over a deliverable, small or large, will instill me with a sense of accomplishment. Basically, I want to feel like a human being, not a statistic.
